Cherry Balsamic Farro Salad

4 cups prepared farro
½ cherries, pitted and cut in half
¼ cup fresh chopped basil
2 cups lightly packed arugula
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup toasted pepitas
1 Avocado, diced
4 oz cherry Celebrity goat cheese
Balsamic dressing, recipe below

Place farro in a large bowl and season well with salt and pepper. Add cherries, basil, arugula, walnuts, and pepitas, and toss all ingredients together. Slowly drizzle in balsamic dressing and combine well. Gently fold in avocado and goat cheese. Taste and adjust seasoning, if needed.
